Lead and develop a high-volume inside sales team handling cell site lease transactions. Coach, set goals, manage performance, analyze sales data, drive hiring/training, produce senior reports, research market trends, and align sales initiatives with company strategy.

Provide administrative and project coordination support for EV charging infrastructure projects: maintain project documentation, track schedules and milestones, prepare status reports, manage deliverables, support procurement and change order administration, coordinate with stakeholders, perform quality reviews, and collect closeout documentation to ensure accurate client submissions.
