Supports sales and customers with technical product information, specifications, pricing, quotes, proposals, submittals, and product applications. Reviews bills of materials, drawings, and specifications; creates product data and part numbers; tests processes in AX; and supports project management. Provides technical troubleshooting, field service, product presentations, plant tours, and training while developing expertise in waterworks products. Occasional customer-facing work and travel are required.

Coordinates customer projects from quotation through order completion and delivery. Reviews drawings, specifications, purchase orders, pricing, and delivery requirements; identifies discrepancies; enters sales orders; tracks milestones; and communicates with customers and internal teams. Partners with sales, engineering, production, scheduling, shipping, and accounting to resolve issues, manage revisions, and meet customer commitments.

Manages sales, marketing, distributor relationships, pricing, bids, and account growth across Ohio, West Virginia, and Michigan. Develops relationships with distributors, engineers, and municipalities; provides product guidance, troubleshooting, training, and customer service; monitors competition and market conditions; and reports territory performance. The role requires approximately 75% travel, residence in or relocation to the territory, industrial sales experience, mechanical aptitude, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
