Ensure Amerex fire suppression products meet regional standards and regulations. Work cross-functionally to resolve compliance issues, liaise with regulatory agencies (UL, FM), support audits and approvals, review design changes, create technical documentation, and assist engineering projects.

Perform general clean-up and labor on a green sand foundry production floor: sweep and shovel sand, operate tow motor/skid steer/sweeper, maintain cleanliness, follow safety protocols and PPE use, lift up to 50 lbs, and assist supervisors with equipment clearing and workflow.

Develop, prove-out, and optimize machining processes for large valve components. Program CNC at the machine, set up and run large vertical/horizontal lathes, optimize tooling/feeds/holding, create work instructions, train machinists, support new product introduction, manage tooling database, assist fixture projects, and drive setup reduction, throughput, safety, and process consistency.
