Manage and grow industrial refrigerant, air, and tank sales across the Western U.S. through new customer acquisition, distributor and OEM relationships, pricing and contract negotiations, forecasting, CRM management, and frequent field-based account development.

Set up, operate and maintain CNC lathes, VTLs and mills; load/unload and inspect parts to print; change tools and fixtures; modify basic G-code; perform finishing, record production, maintain fluids and tooling; follow safety/PPE rules; support continuous improvement and work with quality and project coordinators. Forklift/overhead crane operation and overtime may be required.

Support LPG sales across the Eastern US by generating and qualifying leads, coordinating quotes, maintaining CRM data, preparing sales materials, supporting account analysis and reporting, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to drive customer engagement and growth.
