Leads mechanical engineering projects from planning through completion, managing scope, budgets, schedules, resources, quality, risk, and client communication. Oversees project teams, reviews designs and specifications, coordinates mechanical and electrical systems, supports construction activities, manages client relationships, identifies additional services, and mentors technical staff. Projects include new construction, building retrofits, and decarbonization initiatives. Occasional site visits are required during construction.

Develops and manages electrical engineering projects from inception through construction. Responsibilities include concept design, load calculations, schematics, equipment selection, contract specifications, multidisciplinary coordination, site visits, shop drawing reviews, schedule updates, status reporting, and construction-phase compliance with ASHRAE and LEED requirements. The role also supports project management, client relationships, resource escalation, and business development.
