Supervises rail yard branch operations, directing site supervisors and technicians to ensure safety, quality, customer satisfaction, timely maintenance, and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include staffing, training, performance management, repair order and warranty oversight, scheduling, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and resolving customer service issues. The role requires working outdoors in extreme temperatures, at heights, and in confined spaces while lifting up to 50 pounds and wearing required PPE.

Supervise and develop accounting team members while coordinating month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, financial statements, and management reporting. Research discrepancies, support audits, improve accounting processes and internal controls, assist with software and reporting-tool implementations, and collaborate with operational departments. Monitor work quality, resolve issues, identify automation opportunities, and communicate significant accounting matters to the Controller.
