Lead preconstruction activities for multifamily projects including conceptual budgets, detailed takeoffs and estimating, subcontractor prequalification and bid management, value engineering, MEPFP design-build coordination, scheduling, and project handoff to operations while developing estimating models and mentoring junior staff.

Support delivery of multi-family, industrial, or commercial construction projects across preconstruction, project controls, scheduling, quality, and safety. Assist with contracts, buyouts, purchase orders, schedule updates, inspections, safety audits, and coordination to meet budgets, timelines, and quality standards while developing toward Project Manager responsibilities.
