Build and maintain relationships with dealer, OEM, and strategic partners; deliver training on novated leases and digital tools; drive lead generation and partner engagement; manage CRM records; report performance; and identify opportunities to improve partner outcomes and leasing growth.

Processes client, financial, and employer documentation for lease settlements; prepares settlement packs, generates lease documents, coordinates external financiers, checks files, and provides updates to clients and internal stakeholders. The role also guides clients through settlement, manages document returns, supports Leasing Consultants, and ensures accurate, timely completion of settlement activities while delivering strong customer service.

Develop and execute sales strategies to build prospect pipelines, acquire new fleet-management clients, manage stakeholder relationships, negotiate sales opportunities, meet business-development targets, and ensure smooth client handover. The role requires experience in business development or sales, preferably within fleet leasing or automotive, along with strong networking, relationship management, reporting, compliance, and sales-target achievement skills.
