Manage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance management, employment law compliance, benefits and leave administration, HRIS records, and employee engagement initiatives. Partner with managers and employees on workplace concerns, policies, accommodations, and performance processes while supporting training, retention, and organizational culture. The role requires knowledge of employment regulations, HR systems, applicant tracking tools, and healthcare-related compliance requirements.
