Coordinates live production for church gatherings, rehearsals, events, and special programs. Manages audio, lighting, video, presentation, broadcast, staging, equipment, repairs, and event plans. Leads, recruits, schedules, trains, and mentors volunteer production teams; maintains equipment and production spaces; troubleshoots technical systems; communicates improvement needs; and supports services across local church locations.

Oversees ministry administration, facilities coordination, purchasing, invoices, communications, events, records, church groups, serve teams, meetings, visitor inquiries, and Sunday guest experiences. The role manages follow-up processes, supports community engagement, coordinates volunteers and events, maintains accurate records, and ensures effective communication and task completion across the ministry.

Leads technical production for weekly worship services and special events, overseeing audio, video, lighting, broadcast, stage management, and graphics. Recruits, trains, schedules, and develops volunteers; supervises worship media staff; coordinates with central AV teams; manages rehearsals, service execution, equipment issues, and cross-campus standards. Requires calm live-event decision-making, strong technical expertise, and ministry-oriented leadership.
