Design building electrical systems (utility power, distribution, lighting, low-voltage data, fire alarm, access and security); select equipment and author specifications; develop trade-related budgets; ensure compliance with codes and standards; assume responsible charge of projects; provide technical leadership and collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers.

Manage coordination, schedules, budgets, contracts, and client relationships across project phases from pre-design through construction closeout. Oversee consultants, bidding, invoicing, change management, risk mitigation, documentation, and project reporting while supporting QA, procurement, and stakeholder communication.

Plan, develop, and oversee architectural projects to meet codes, client goals, budgets, and schedules. Lead project teams, coordinate consultants, prepare design drawings and specifications using CAD/3D tools, administer bidding and construction contract activities, perform on-site observations, and support quality control and permit submissions.
