Supports annual and mid-year budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, pricing strategy, and decision-support modeling. Analyzes market, competitor, sales, revenue, and operational data using SQL, Tableau, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce. Develops executive presentations, identifies revenue opportunities, improves reporting efficiency, and partners across departments to support business performance and financial decision-making.

Leads construction safety programs across office and active jobsites, including hazard assessments, incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, safety training, inspections, OSHA compliance, injury reporting, and safety metrics. Builds relationships with operational leaders and supports continuous improvement toward a zero-incident culture. The role is approximately 60% jobsite-based and 40% office-based, with occasional weekend work and travel to project sites as needed.

Supports Safety Specialists and Managers with project safety initiatives, safety data analysis, predictive AI insights, incident root-cause analysis, and communication of safety trends. Participates in jobsite and fabrication-shop walkthroughs to identify hazards and assess compliance. Assists with project safety inquiries while developing knowledge of construction workflows and workplace safety practices.
