Quality Intern supporting construction project quality initiatives through root cause analysis, shop drawing and equipment documentation reviews, jobsite observations, warranty call tracking, service coordination, and reporting. The role involves analyzing warranty and rework trends, identifying quality and safety risks, supporting sustainable corrective actions, and building reporting capabilities using Smartsheet. Candidates will collaborate with quality, project, field, drafting, and shop teams while learning about mechanical and plumbing systems.

Coordinates safety programs across construction projects through daily site inspections, pre-task planning, equipment and tool inspections, incident response, root cause analysis, safety reporting, regulatory compliance, and corrective action implementation. The role works closely with project leaders, foremen, field personnel, clients, and safety managers to identify hazards, stop unsafe work, coordinate training, and prevent incidents.

Supports quality risk identification, measurement, root cause analysis, data validation, continuous improvement, and process documentation. Collaborates with business units, support teams, project engineers, logistics, and construction personnel to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Conducts site visits, supports training and user adoption, applies Lean 5S principles, and helps ensure accurate quality reporting and adherence to project standards.
