Work on 3rd-shift packaging lines performing equipment setups, product inspections, loading/unloading, case-packing and palletizing. Operate hoists and pallet jacks, record product data, maintain quality, food-safety, and safety procedures, and lift/handle heavy materials as needed.

Supports employee physical, mental, and emotional well-being by implementing wellness programs, assessing health needs, creating personalized wellness plans, tracking participation and outcomes, developing educational communications, and coordinating health fairs, fitness challenges, and workshops. Collaborates with healthcare providers, HR, and benefits administrators while maintaining confidential records and recommending improvements based on program data and feedback.

Provide occupational health nursing at a food manufacturing plant: administer drug/alcohol tests, conduct pre-employment physicals, deliver first aid, manage workers' compensation cases, coordinate wellness programs, maintain HIPAA medical records, and liaise with safety.
