The HR Business Partner advises manufacturing support and transportation leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, organizational development, compliance, and corrective actions. The role leads HR initiatives, process improvements, compensation reviews, merit recommendations, and turnover analysis while serving as a trusted advisor to employees and business leaders. It also supports training, succession planning, change management, and strategic workforce planning.

Performs cost accounting and internal auditing, including cost allocation, variance analysis, financial reporting, internal control reviews, risk assessments, audit recommendations, and external audit coordination. Partners with manufacturing, engineering, logistics, planning, fulfillment, and marketing teams to support informed business decisions, compliance, and process improvements.

Data Analytics Intern supporting Corporate Planning and Order Fulfillment. Responsibilities include compiling reports and presentations, monitoring performance to identify opportunities, analyzing historical data, and assisting with scheduling, supply planning, and demand planning. The intern will use Tableau, Power BI, Incorta, or similar visualization tools and present findings to management. The role is on-site in Collegedale, Tennessee, with part-time school-year and full-time summer scheduling.
