Manage employee relations, investigations, policy enforcement, union and labor matters, client advisory, compliance, HRIS/records, and onsite support for multiple hospitality, healthcare, and municipal clients.

Manage day-to-day front- and back-of-house restaurant operations, supervise and train hourly staff, ensure hospitality and service standards, handle hiring and discipline, run shifts (90% hands-on), and support the General Manager with openings/closings and guest issue resolution.

Plan, develop, and manage municipal parks and recreation programs. Conduct community needs assessments, build partnerships, design inclusive programming and events, oversee facility coordination with Public Works, manage finances and grants, supervise seasonal staff and volunteers, and report to elected boards.
