Supports daily HR operations, employee onboarding, documentation, background checks, I-9 processing, benefits, payroll backup, employee inquiries, compliance, and offboarding. Provides administrative and office support, maintains confidential records, coordinates meetings and supplies, and assists with employee engagement initiatives. Partners with Payroll, IT, Recruiting, Finance, Operations, hiring managers, and leadership to ensure efficient employee and office operations.

Provide high-level executive and operational support including calendar and travel management, correspondence, meeting materials, onboarding and HR support, contract and lease administration, document control, payroll assistance, vendor and client coordination, and company-wide operational projects while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
