Own technical delivery across multiple client accounts by designing customer data stacks, building integrations and pipelines, directing engineers, leading QA, managing delivery roadmaps and budgets, and supporting technical discovery and presales estimates. The role requires hands-on work across CDPs, analytics, marketing automation, warehouses, CRM, tagging, and consent management for European and North American clients.

Own end-to-end client engagements across strategy, technical leadership, account management, and commercial growth. Design customer data and MarTech architectures spanning CDPs, analytics, lifecycle messaging, warehouses, CRM, and consent platforms. Lead hands-on strategic work, direct engineers, manage roadmaps and budgets, conduct discovery, scope and price proposals, and expand client accounts. The role combines executive relationship management with technical implementation oversight across European and North American clients.

Own executive client relationships and a portfolio’s retention, profitability, and expansion. Lead strategic consulting, growth roadmaps, analytics, lifecycle planning, proposals, pricing, and pre-sales discovery. Delegate technical delivery to architects and engineers while managing project risks, scope, budgets, and outcomes. The role serves EMEA and North American clients, requires multilingual communication, strong martech advisory expertise, and extensive consulting or professional services experience.
