Manage commercial construction projects from budgeting and subcontracting through onsite execution. Oversee project budgets, contract compliance, schedules, subcontractor coordination, safety programs, and client communications to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Lead delivery of multiple commercial construction projects using design/build and construction management methods. Manage budgets, schedules, permits, subcontractors, and project documentation; direct superintendents, hold weekly schedule updates, ensure regulatory and OSHA compliance, and travel as required to project sites.
