Lead HR strategy and operations for McDonogh School: workforce planning, talent acquisition, culture and DEI initiatives, leadership development, compensation and benefits strategy, employee relations, compliance, HR systems, and Board reporting to attract, develop, and retain faculty and staff.

Lead solicitation and stewardship for major annual gifts and reunion giving programs. Manage volunteer committees, cultivate and solicit donors, track activity in Raiser's Edge NXT, support appeals and stewardship events, and assist with reporting and annual giving materials.

Manage and execute annual giving strategy and McDonogh Fund operations, plan donor recognition events, produce stewardship materials, run volunteer and committee programs, manage a prospect portfolio (<50), and support reporting and annual giving initiatives.
