Become a product expert through manufacturer training, resolve customer issues with Sales Manager involvement, maintain follow-up systems to encourage repeat/referral business, and stay current on products, features, and accessories.

Transport time-sensitive documents, vehicle paperwork, mail, and supplies between dealership locations and external partners. Run daily deliveries to post office, DMV, banks, coordinate shipments via courier services, maintain delivery logs and chain-of-custody, assist administrative teams with filing, and operate company vehicles safely while handling confidential documents.

Lead and coach an automotive sales team to meet sales and profitability goals. Work directly with customers and associates to close vehicle sales, structure deals, and facilitate financing. Monitor productivity, run training and sales meetings, maintain lender relationships, and ensure compliance with dealership and regulatory requirements.
