Lead financial administration of a $30M federal EMR modernization grant portfolio across 70+ healthcare organizations. Oversee budgeting, reimbursement review, federal reporting, audit coordination, internal controls, cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and compliance with federal grant rules (2 CFR 200). Supervise project accounting and partner with program leadership to ensure proper stewardship of funds.

Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination for a multi-year EMR modernization initiative across Maine. Duties include scheduling, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, maintaining project schedules, tracking action items, supporting communications and reporting, organizing documentation, coordinating training events, managing calendars, and assisting with project logistics and stakeholder support. Role is remote within the U.S. with regular travel to and within Maine.

Provide analytics support for a multi-year EMR modernization program: manage and analyze program data, build dashboards, monitor KPIs, prepare reports, track milestones, support audits, conduct research, identify trends, and recommend improvements to strengthen rural healthcare systems across Maine.
