Lead end-to-end management of a portfolio of prime grants and contracts, ensuring award start-up, compliance with federal regulations, performance monitoring, reporting, amendments, and closeout. Oversee subaward administration and supervise Associate Manager. Drive process improvements, system implementations, risk assessments, and collaboration with program, finance, legal, and compliance teams.

Manage the lifecycle of federal subaward agreements for EMR modernization: draft and execute contracts, monitor deliverables and milestones, approve amendments and renewals, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve contract issues, maintain documentation, and coordinate closeout. Role includes travel within Maine.

Provide administrative and technical support for EMR modernization contracts and grant agreements, administering ~$30M across 70+ rural healthcare organizations. Responsibilities include preparing and processing contract documents and amendments, maintaining a contract database, tracking deliverables and deadlines, coordinating signatures, supporting procurement, organizing documentation, preparing reports, and assisting closeout. Remote U.S.-based role with regular travel within Maine.
