The Associate Manager oversees project finance and accounting from startup through closeout, including budgeting, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, financial forecasting, donor reporting, treasury transfers, audits, and compliance with GAAP and USG regulations. The role analyzes project costs and variances, supports strategic financial planning, develops procedures, trains staff, and communicates financial information to project leaders and management. This is a remote role without direct reports.

Support PALU by building reproducible code and ETL pipelines to transform program data, develop dashboards and automated reports, design and deploy ODK/XLSForms and DHIS2 forms, monitor data quality, provide field technical assistance and training, and integrate MEL insights into program decision-making and proposals.

Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination for a multi-year EMR modernization initiative across Maine. Duties include scheduling, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, maintaining project schedules, tracking action items, supporting communications and reporting, organizing documentation, coordinating training events, managing calendars, and assisting with project logistics and stakeholder support. Role is remote within the U.S. with regular travel to and within Maine.
