Management Trainee participants develop leadership, customer service, sales, and store operations skills through structured training and hands-on work. Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing sales and payments, mixing paint, managing inventory, merchandising, receiving materials, supporting deliveries, handling administrative tasks, and learning personnel management, sales processes, P&L review, and store ownership. The program prepares employees for future store management or outside sales roles.

Drive B2B sales in the Chesapeake territory by building relationships with contractors, property managers, and builders. Manage territory, identify leads, meet sales targets, provide product expertise, collaborate with store teams, and stay informed on industry trends to expand market presence.

Participates in a management and sales training program preparing for store operations management or outside sales. Responsibilities include customer service, sales and payments, paint mixing, inventory receiving, merchandising, ordering, administrative work, delivery duties, and learning personnel management, store operations, inventory control, and P&L review.
