Provides metallurgical expertise for steel castings and forgings across two manufacturing facilities. Defines requirements, ensures AAR and customer compliance, analyzes test data, leads welding metallurgy, investigates root causes, drives corrective actions, supports audits and technical reviews, and develops junior staff. Requires plant and office work in manufacturing conditions, including temperature and noise exposure.

Designs, programs, implements, tests, and troubleshoots PLC-controlled and robotic manufacturing systems. Supports capital projects, equipment installations, modernization, maintenance, root-cause investigations, and continuous process improvements. Provides frontline technical support in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, collaborates with vendors and maintenance teams, updates engineering documentation, and participates in safety initiatives. Periodic on-call, weekend, holiday, and extended-hours coverage is required.
