Processes invoices, verifies payment details, resolves vendor and business inquiries, prepares payment and cheque schedules, sends electronic payment files, supports period-end close activities, assists with P2P platform inquiries, reconciles vendor accounts, and contributes to special projects. The role requires accounting or finance experience, strong Excel skills, accuracy, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Coordinates legal rankings and awards submissions, research interviews, nominee profiles, communications, and results tracking. Maintains deal and case experience databases, researches matters, prepares content for websites and communications, submits matters to reporting agencies, tracks statistics, and supports proposals, marketing requests, meetings, and lawyer profile updates. Requires strong writing, organization, attention to detail, technology proficiency, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced professional services environment.
