Provides administrative support to physicians and nurses, schedules patient appointments, communicates with patients, staff, insurers, and physician offices, and resolves scheduling-related issues. Uses scheduling and database systems while following organizational policies and procedures. Requires strong communication, comprehension, correspondence, problem-solving, and intermediate computer skills.

Fills parenteral and oral medication orders, monitors patient drug therapies, provides drug information, and supervises pharmacy support personnel under the Director of Pharmacy. This safety-sensitive role requires an accredited pharmacy degree, current state pharmacist licensure, BLS certification, and ACLS certification or willingness to obtain it. Hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.

Enter and verify charges for physician services, PT, MRI, lab and infusion into the practice management system. Review coding for compliance, verify demographics/insurance, collect and post patient payments, track encounter forms, and assist at Customer Service Representative desk as needed.

Perform radiologic imaging procedures prescribed by physicians under a radiologist's direction. Work under the Director of Medical Imaging, use department resources efficiently within budget, follow hospital mission/values, and adhere to safety-sensitive protocols. Requires completion of an AMA-approved radiologic technology program and current BLS; ARRT registration expected per preferred qualifications.

Perform physician-prescribed imaging procedures under radiologist/supervisor direction, use department resources efficiently, maintain safety protocols, and provide patient-focused radiologic services in an outpatient clinic.

Perform physician-prescribed diagnostic imaging procedures under radiologist supervision, manage department resources responsibly, and work assigned day or PRN shifts in an outpatient clinic.
