Supports Foreign Military Sales program acquisition, scheduling, status reporting, risk management, cost and performance tracking, briefings, reviews, and cross-functional coordination. Requires expertise in FMS acquisition, DoD transportation, ITAR, Anti-Tamper, LOA processes, and related security assistance systems. Represents the program office to foreign defense customers and must travel overseas, potentially to hazardous locations. An active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Leads federal financial statement audits for USACE and other government clients, including internal control and substantive testing, GL reconciliation, trial balance mapping, workpaper reviews, NFR analysis, risk assessments, and remediation planning. Advises senior officials on compliance with federal audit standards and may supervise audit teams, manage workstreams, brief clients, and support business development.

Manage and integrate master schedules across Department of Defense acquisition programs. Responsibilities include developing IMS and IMP products, maintaining WBS structures, applying critical path and baseline management, identifying schedule risks, integrating stakeholder inputs, producing Gantt charts and network diagrams, and communicating schedule status and corrective actions to leadership, contractors, and government stakeholders.
