Teams at McAlester Regional Health Center

Performs radiographic examinations, prepares and positions patients, operates and maintains imaging equipment, follows radiation safety and infection control standards, documents procedures, and collaborates with radiologists and healthcare teams. Provides compassionate patient communication and supports accurate diagnostic imaging while maintaining equipment quality and managing supplies.

Supports clinical information systems, interfaces, reporting, workflow optimization, system upgrades, documentation, training, and issue resolution. Partners with IT and clinical teams across nursing, pharmacy, quality, medical staff, and ancillary departments. Serves as a technical liaison and resource for clinical users while maintaining healthcare applications and improving patient-care workflows.

Provides as-needed respiratory therapy to patients by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, administering oxygen and aerosolized therapies, managing mechanical ventilation, responding to emergencies, documenting care, and educating patients and families. Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize respiratory outcomes and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
