Manages green stormwater infrastructure projects from design through construction administration, including client relationships, project teams, budgets, schedules, permitting, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, quality control, and stakeholder reporting. Leads stormwater designs, retrofits, construction drawings, watershed studies, and site visits while mentoring staff, coordinating consultants, supporting business development, and contributing technical expertise to environmental protection strategies.

Leads capital improvement and stormwater engineering projects, solving complex conveyance and flood study challenges, preparing and sealing plans and reports, coordinating project teams, managing schedules and budgets, reviewing deliverables, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting client relationships and project delivery.

Designs and oversees hydraulic and hydrologic elements for multimodal transportation and roadway projects. Responsibilities include drainage design, erosion and sediment control, permitting, technical analyses, plans, specifications, cost estimates, quality control, field reviews, and coordination with consultants and internal teams. The role also supports project schedules, bidding, business development, client relationships, and mentoring junior staff.
