Manages proposals, contracts, resource allocation, and production teams while mentoring design and CAD professionals. Supports market-sector strategy, business development, and cross-selling of firm services. Requires civil engineering expertise in stormwater and natural resources, a bachelor’s degree, professional engineering licensure, and at least seven years of related experience.

McAdams seeks interns to support multidisciplinary projects across civil engineering, land planning, transportation, landscape architecture, geomatics, environmental services, and construction administration. Interns collaborate on active project deliverables, participate in problem-solving and team meetings, gain exposure to industry tools and workflows, and learn through mentorship across the project lifecycle. Candidates should be enrolled in a relevant degree program and demonstrate communication, organization, teamwork, curiosity, and initiative.
