Provide compassionate resident care by administering or assisting with medications and treatments, documenting medication records, tracking orders/refills, assisting caregivers, responding to emergencies, and maintaining regulatory compliance and a safe environment.

Lead assisted living operations, oversee resident assessments and care plans, manage hiring/training/scheduling of staff, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate medications, support marketing, and act as manager-on-duty when needed.

Support the Director of Sales by managing inquiries, scheduling and conducting tours, entering prospect data into the CRM, providing administrative support for admissions and events, maintaining sales materials and community presentation, and ensuring timely, professional communication with prospects, families, and referral partners to drive occupancy.
