Leads recruitment, onboarding, orientations, employee engagement and retention programs, performance evaluation scheduling, time-off and raise requests, and daily HR operations. Handles staffing-related clerical work, data entry, word processing, and report generation while supporting employees at a nursing home facility.

Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, community organizations, and families. Promote nursing home and rehabilitation services, conduct outreach visits, attend community events, follow up with referral sources, maintain outreach records, and collaborate with admissions and clinical teams to support census growth.
