The Dietary Aide assists the kitchen staff in meal preparation and service while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. They follow nutritional standards and regulations, working as a team member in a fast-paced environment.

Supervise and manage overnight nursing staff (11pm–7am), ensuring resident care, clinical oversight, and compliance. Require nursing and management experience, current licensure and CPR certification. Lead shift operations, staffing, and support an engaged management environment.
