Teams at Maze

Own Maze’s recruitment and participant management product vision, roadmap, and experiences across research study types. Improve participant quality, fulfillment, filtering, feedback loops, and customer recruitment workflows. Partner with Panel Operations, Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success, research partners, and external panel providers to scale supply, integrations, and operational efficiency. Define success metrics and balance customer needs, business goals, operational realities, and technical constraints.

Build and operate secure, reliable, and scalable cloud infrastructure; improve observability, automation, developer tooling, incident response, vulnerability management, security testing, and audit readiness. Partner with engineering and security teams on architecture and operational practices while using AI-assisted workflows to improve system development and operations.

Lead top-of-funnel demand generation for new business and expansion: design and run paid, multi-channel, and field marketing campaigns; diagnose funnel gaps; build forecasting models; manage lead flow and marketing ops; collaborate closely with Sales and Business Operations; pilot new channels and iterate based on data.
