Support the full product lifecycle by writing user stories and acceptance criteria, conducting research and analytics, coordinating engineering and design, running agile ceremonies, maintaining backlog, preparing documentation and release notes, and contributing to roadmap and prioritization.

Lead user research and design initiatives across web and mobile: develop personas, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI. Maintain design system, ensure accessibility and consistency, collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, mentor junior designers, analyze user data, and run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion.

Lead development of Mazad digital products across frontend and backend. Design scalable architectures, write well-tested maintainable code, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with product/design/QA, manage CI/CD and deployments, monitor and resolve production issues, and uphold security and data protection.
