Provides high-level administrative support to the Cardiovascular Department Chair and clinical and administrative teams. Coordinates calendars, meetings, travel, communications, documents, phone calls, mail, special projects, and daily operations. Maintains confidentiality, manages competing priorities, supports office technology and equipment, and delivers professional service in a fast-paced, on-site healthcare environment.

Leads highly complex, large-scale IT programs and portfolios with budgets up to $20 million. Oversees timelines, budgets, risks, communications, stakeholder approvals, and cross-functional matrix teams. Partners with technical experts and institutional committees to deliver multi-year initiatives, supports launch and stabilization of a new company and laboratory, and ensures compliance with project management methodologies. Mentors project professionals and operates independently with significant program management expertise.

Provides administrative support through calendar management, meeting and event coordination, travel and expense processing, document preparation, correspondence, database and spreadsheet maintenance, website and social media updates, telephone support, and departmental project assistance. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, attention to detail, adaptability, and proficiency with office technology and multiple systems.
