Provide technical leadership for HTM and physiologic monitoring systems, design and integrate medical device and information systems, lead projects, coach staff, participate in enterprise architecture reviews, and ensure interoperability and timely completion of technical initiatives.

Perform HLA antigen testing, antibody screening, and flow cytometric crossmatching on blood, tissue, and cultured cells for transplant evaluation. Accurately perform and report laboratory tests, interpret age-specific patient data, and communicate results with transplant teams to support diagnosis and patient care.

Coordinate and deliver nursing care for research participants, manage study protocols and data collection, educate participants/families, monitor adverse events and labs, collaborate across departments to ensure regulatory compliance, and support study documentation and dissemination.
