Designs, develops, maintains, and supports custom and vendor-supplied software applications and hardware systems. Provides technical leadership, consulting, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, project support, vendor coordination, and occasional 24/7 on-call assistance. The role evaluates technology approaches, implements system updates, mentors staff, and supports healthcare technology environments. Strong Java, web technology, Azure, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps experience is preferred.

Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions for healthcare using clinical, imaging, genomic, and patient data. Responsibilities include component engineering, system integration, governance reviews, risk assessment, validation, regulatory compliance, and CI/CD pipeline maintenance. The role collaborates with clinicians, designers, product managers, and IT teams; translates clinical needs into technical solutions; supports MLOps best practices; and trains healthcare staff on AI tools.

Supports revenue cycle operations across hospital, surgical, and clinical practices. Analyzes revenue, billing, coding, and compliance risks; conducts audits and benchmarking; develops revenue recognition and billing compliance programs; recommends margin improvements; presents findings to leadership; leads multidisciplinary projects; and mentors staff.
