Ensures safety, quality, schedule attainment, equipment performance, and cost control. Leads departmental projects, resolves operational issues, maintains production data, and develops standard work practices. Directly manages employees, including hiring, training, work assignment, performance management, and grievance resolution.

Design and apply electrical control systems for custom conveyor and industrial machinery: produce electrical drawings, BOMs, PLC/HMI programs, wiring diagrams, assist manufacturing and customers, perform troubleshooting, commissioning, and ensure quality and safety compliance.
