Provides engineering, application, and technical support for coolant filtration and chip processing systems. Reviews customer requirements, develops equipment concepts, performs system calculations, prepares proposals and bills of material, and coordinates design, manufacturing, sales, purchasing, service, vendors, and customers. Supports troubleshooting, installations, testing, product improvements, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement. The role involves customer and vendor communication, occasional travel, and work across office, manufacturing, testing, and customer-site environments.

Performs quality assurance activities for industrial processes, materials, products, and components. Responsibilities include inspections, testing, design documentation reviews, vendor quality assessments, SPC data analysis, quality records, reporting, problem resolution, and recommending process improvements. The role communicates technical findings to management, supports product acceptance decisions, and maintains knowledge of applicable industry and government quality standards.

Design and apply electrical control systems for custom conveyor and industrial machinery: produce electrical drawings, BOMs, PLC/HMI programs, wiring diagrams, assist manufacturing and customers, perform troubleshooting, commissioning, and ensure quality and safety compliance.

Supervises the Cutoff Department, coordinating saw, press brake, laser, and waterjet operations. Plans production schedules, priorities, staffing, machine utilization, and material flow to support downstream manufacturing. Ensures safety, quality, schedule attainment, equipment performance, and cost control. Leads departmental projects, resolves operational issues, maintains production data, and develops standard work practices. Directly manages employees, including hiring, training, work assignment, performance management, and grievance resolution.
