Defines and manages business and functional requirements for strategic technology initiatives. Analyzes business processes, facilitates stakeholder workshops, documents requirements and workflows, supports change management, aligns user acceptance testing, conducts system testing, and helps deliver technology solutions. The role collaborates with business sponsors, technology teams, project managers, vendors, and subject matter experts while managing deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Creates and maintains legal knowledge resources for the Projects and Infrastructure practice, including project finance precedents, templates, trackers, training, and market updates. Advises attorneys on legal technology, generative AI, information governance, workflows, and process improvement. Partners with lawyers and business teams to implement knowledge strategies, improve data classification and accessibility, support client-facing content, deliver training, and preserve transaction know-how. Requires substantial U.S. project finance practice experience and strong legal judgment.

Supports business development and marketing initiatives for the Projects and Infrastructure Industry Group. Responsibilities include preparing RFP, pitch, and presentation materials; coordinating events, podcasts, videos, sponsorships, and social media campaigns; developing marketing content; managing rankings and matter data; conducting competitive intelligence; tracking pipeline activity; and maintaining lawyer profiles and practice descriptions.
