Develops client pricing strategies, fee arrangements, budgets, and RFP responses for a law firm. Performs financial, profitability, market, competitor, and post-matter analysis; collaborates with partners, attorneys, business development, and pricing teams; maintains pricing tools and templates; builds Power BI dashboards; and applies AI and machine learning to automate pricing insights and improve decision-making.

Coordinates lateral partner recruitment by scheduling interviews, managing candidate logistics, maintaining applicant tracking records, collecting feedback, preparing recruitment documentation, supporting onboarding, processing invoices, and providing administrative support. The role collaborates with recruiters, candidates, partners, HR, Finance, Risk Management, Business Development, and other global teams while ensuring accurate, confidential, and timely communication.

Supports compensation program administration for business service employees and fee earners. Responsibilities include salary survey submissions, compensation and payroll audits, compensation and bonus letters, PeopleSoft data uploads, market benchmarking, reporting, process governance, and global compensation projects. The role requires advanced Excel skills, compensation survey database experience, strong analytical ability, discretion, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
