Develop detailed 3D mechanical models, 2D drawings, and customized design packages for complex projects. Manage multiple concurrent projects, integrate vendor and legacy designs, coordinate mechanical layouts with electrical requirements, and ensure drafting accuracy and engineering compliance. Conduct peer reviews, mentor junior designers and drafters, and serve as a technical subject matter expert in a designated product, software, or manufacturing area.

Leads the Controls Engineering department, overseeing industrial control system design, programming, testing, commissioning, and support. Manages staffing, technical standards, resource planning, project delivery, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Develops engineering talent, reviews designs, resolves complex technical and customer issues, supports startups and field service, and collaborates with sales, manufacturing, aftermarket, HR, and customers.
