Owns full-cycle recruiting for business roles, partnering with leaders to define hiring profiles, assess candidates, and close exceptional talent. Builds AI-powered recruiting systems, including sourcing pipelines, Ashby automations, candidate briefs, analytics, and reusable playbooks. Supports technical and forward-deployed engineering hiring as needed, strengthens employer branding, and applies AI thoughtfully while preserving human judgment.

Own a product area for an agentic private fund management platform, defining its vision, strategy, roadmap, metrics, and customer outcomes. Partner with engineering and design from discovery through launch and iteration. Work directly with customers, design trustworthy AI-agent workflows over deterministic systems, conduct evaluations, and use AI to accelerate product development. Collaborate with Implementation, Customer Success, and Sales to improve onboarding and customer value.

Design and build Maybern’s Scenario Modeling engine, including projection frameworks, workflow orchestration, and financial data processing pipelines. Lead architecture and development of core systems from the ground up, partner with product experts to create intuitive modeling tools, and launch complex data products. The role requires strong experience with high-volume, near-real-time systems, relational databases, transactions, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
