Maybell Quantum Benefits Overview

Leads the launch and operation of Maybell Quantum’s Singapore manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include designing and qualifying production lines, transferring processes, managing first-article builds and production ramp, owning output, yield, cost, materials, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. The role also hires and develops production teams, establishes training and documentation, manages complex cryogenic hardware assembly, and partners with US engineering and manufacturing teams.

Leads supply chain operations for cryogenic quantum hardware, including demand and materials planning, procurement, supplier management, logistics, inventory, and cost control. Builds scalable planning and sourcing processes from prototype through repeatable production, manages ERP/MRP data discipline, supplier quality and risk, operational metrics, and continuous improvement. Leads the supply chain team and partners with engineering, manufacturing, quality, executives, and suppliers.

Leads manufacturing operations for cryogenic quantum hardware, including planning, scheduling, production scaling, ERP/MRP ownership, demand and materials planning, inventory control, quality collaboration, budgeting, capital planning, continuous improvement, and supply chain risk management. Develops manufacturing teams and partners with engineering to transition complex hardware from prototypes to repeatable production.
