Lead a quality systems team responsible for designing, automating, and continuously improving a Quality Management System across the autonomous vehicle lifecycle. Establish design controls, verification and validation, change management, CAPA, root cause analysis, traceability, quality KPIs, and supplier corrective actions. Partner with engineering, autonomy, fleet operations, and support teams to connect field issues to product improvements. Build scalable quality processes using workflow automation, AI, and LLM tools.

Leads end-to-end technical release coordination for autonomous vehicle software, aligning engineering, validation, safety, DevOps, deployment, product, and business teams. Owns release readiness, risk and dependency tracking, production incident management, hotfix and commercial release lanes, and remediation through resolution. Establishes closed-loop improvement processes that incorporate incident and root-cause learnings into future planning and validation. Creates program artifacts, communicates technical issues to diverse stakeholders, and drives timely, high-quality delivery.

Oversee autonomous shuttle operations at an assigned site, leading supervisors, technicians, and vehicle operators. Ensure safety, service quality, staffing, reporting, budgeting, performance metrics, and operational reliability. Coordinate with engineers and field operations on technical escalations, training, and technology rollouts. The role requires process improvement, project management, customer communication, shift flexibility, outdoor work, physical activity, and up to 10% travel.
