Develops and validates advanced Abaqus finite element tire models for structural, thermal, dynamic, rolling, durability, and contact simulations. Builds modeling methodologies, workflows, and automation tools; analyzes results; supports tire design optimization and OE development programs; and communicates simulation-driven recommendations through technical reports and presentations. Collaborates with design, materials, testing, manufacturing, and development teams to improve tire performance and product development decisions.
