Conduct audit engagements from start to finish as part of experienced, small engagement teams. Work autonomously with clients across sectors, including technology, government, wholesale and retail, and real estate. Apply public accounting audit expertise, communicate effectively, and support project management while pursuing a flexible career path within the firm.

Transaction advisory intern supporting buy-side and sell-side deal teams by compiling and analyzing target company financial data in Microsoft Excel, identifying issues relevant to investment decisions, participating in executive discussions, and collaborating with associates and partners throughout transaction engagements.

Tax interns prepare federal income tax returns, assist with tax consulting projects, and complete returns independently. They receive training on tax software and procedures, collaborate with associates and partners, attend production meetings, and participate in professional development. The internship runs mid-February through mid-April, requires 40–55 hours weekly, and is fully in-person in Austin or Round Rock, Texas.
