Provides remote and in-person IT support, resolves helpdesk tickets, troubleshoots hardware and software, configures workstations, maintains networks, performs backups, applies basic cybersecurity measures, tracks IT assets, documents processes, and coordinates with vendors. The role requires strong customer service, technical problem-solving, an associate degree or equivalent technical experience, two years of related experience, and an active Top Secret clearance with a CI polygraph.
