Provides remote and in-person IT helpdesk support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up workstations, maintaining operating systems and peripherals, monitoring network infrastructure, performing backups, applying basic cybersecurity controls, tracking IT assets, documenting processes, and coordinating with vendors. Requires an active Top Secret clearance and CI polygraph, an associate degree or equivalent technical experience, and two years of related experience.

The Linux Admin/Test Engineer will perform Tier II and III testing, troubleshoot, and analyze DoD Cyber operational systems, enhancing mission-critical platforms.
