Hands-on internship developing AI-driven cloud security solutions: analyze GCP misconfigurations, use AWS Bedrock and LLM APIs to generate and validate remediation recommendations, build dashboards/databases, verify AI-generated scripts, and support automation of cloud misconfiguration and IAM remediation.

12-month trainee program to develop customer service skills. Handle inquiries, resolve complaints at first contact, educate customers on products and digital/self-service channels, manage follow-ups and cases, and ensure data confidentiality and PDPA compliance.
