Supports delivery of a national Generative AI upskilling programme across 264 Malaysian information dissemination centres. Responsibilities include programme management, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder reporting, event coordination, community building, and selected GenAI training facilitation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, two years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or project management, strong planning and analytical skills, bilingual English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, and participation in a 12-month programme.

Supports FTTx network planning, design, optimization, and performance reporting using GIS and dashboard tools. Assists with network inventory digitalization, data reconciliation, process automation through scripting or RPA, and exploration of AI use cases. The intern collaborates with network engineering and cross-functional teams on telecommunications operations, digital transformation, and innovation projects.

Applicants must be first- or second-year students at a Malaysian university, meet minimum academic requirements, demonstrate leadership and communication skills, and not hold another scholarship or financial aid award.
