Leads SMB sales growth across Malaysia’s East Coast by setting regional targets, managing sales teams and channel partners, cultivating key client relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring sales quality and operational compliance. The role also coordinates with Marketing, Network, and Customer Service teams to improve service delivery, customer satisfaction, and revenue performance.

Drive productivity and sales excellence across distributor and aggregator channels by designing partnership frameworks, governance policies, enablement programs, and operating standards. Develop strategic partnerships, improve channel reach and acquisition, and monitor sell-in, dealer productivity, conversion, and ROI metrics to support data-informed growth. The role requires business or related experience, ideally within telecommunications, IT, or FMCG, along with field sales management expertise.

Leads the employee experience strategy across the full lifecycle, including engagement, onboarding, offboarding, and data-driven improvement. Owns employer branding and the employer value proposition, while overseeing administrative services such as travel, cafeteria, stationery, and reception. The role manages budgets and vendors, collaborates with HR and business functions, and provides leadership to direct and cross-functional teams.
