Lead Maximo Nivel's Native English Program in Cusco, overseeing sales, marketing, client service, class scheduling, diagnostic testing, and matriculation. Manage a 3-5 person office team and front-office operations (opening/closing, cash-outs, sales). Produce regular Word/Excel reports, enforce policies, coordinate with Academic and Executive teams, and drive monthly matriculation and client-service targets.

Lead and grow Maximo Nivel's international study abroad programs (volunteer, internships, TEFL, family-stays). Manage client service, partner relationships, housing and scheduling, reporting, payments, and a team of 5-7. Oversee site and family-stay assessments, program operations, enrollment growth, and ensure excellent participant experiences.
