Urgent hiring for Tele/Med-Surg RNs to provide acute hospital patient care at Bay Area hospitals. Candidates must respond quickly to fast-paced clinical needs, deliver bedside nursing care, monitor patients, and collaborate with hospital teams. Provide direct skilled nursing care in patients' homes, educate patients and families, follow physician-established treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership, and document care. Work may be full-time, part-time, or per diem.

Provide in-home nursing care under physician plan: assess and document patient status, administer medications, instruct patients/families, assist rehabilitation, and manage ventilator-dependent patients per treatment plan.
