Assess lifting requirements and develop technical drawings, crane layouts, and rigging details. Produce 2D/3D AutoCAD models, calculate crane/ground bearing requirements, liaise with stakeholders, and prepare design reports and customer documentation. Conduct site visits as needed.

Produce 2D/3D AutoCAD designs, structural overviews, reports, and ground bearing pressure calculations. Prepare customer documentation and support equipment installation oversight.

Manage Northeast Region and National Accounts billing operations, lead and develop billing specialists, optimize billing processes, ensure accurate invoicing and tax compliance, support audits, track KPIs, collaborate with Finance and Collections, and travel domestically for training.
