Act as primary local contact for existing and potential customers, build and maintain relationships, conduct site and office visits, prepare bids, advise on crane types and 3D lift plans, coordinate with branch and regional sales, resolve customer issues, and perform related duties.

Participate in a structured training program to learn sales, technical, and operational aspects of crane rental. Support Sales Representatives on customer and job site visits, assist with proposals, CRM maintenance, lift planning basics, branch operations, and safety initiatives. Develop prospecting, territory management, account planning, and negotiation skills toward advancement to Sales Representative.

Participate in a structured training program to learn crane rental sales. Shadow sales reps, support customer visits, proposals, CRM updates, lift planning, branch operations, and safety initiatives while developing prospecting, territory management, and negotiation skills to progress into a Sales Representative role.
