Processes customer billing for assigned locations by compiling timecards, purchase orders, invoices, and sales records; calculates amounts due; assists with invoice preparation; posts transactions; supports outstanding invoice follow-up; and performs filing and general clerical duties. The role requires strong organization, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, billing or account reconciliation experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Assess lifting requirements and develop technical drawings, crane layouts, and rigging details. Produce 2D/3D AutoCAD models, calculate crane/ground bearing requirements, liaise with stakeholders, and prepare design reports and customer documentation. Conduct site visits as needed.

Participate in a structured training program to learn crane rental sales, accompany sales reps on customer and job site visits, support proposals/quotations, maintain CRM records, learn lift planning and equipment capabilities, assist branch operations and safety initiatives, and develop prospecting, territory management, and negotiation skills toward becoming a Sales Representative.
