Participate in a structured training program to learn crane rental sales, accompany sales reps on customer and job site visits, support proposals/quotations, maintain CRM records, learn lift planning and equipment capabilities, assist branch operations and safety initiatives, and develop prospecting, territory management, and negotiation skills toward becoming a Sales Representative.

Process billing and related accounts for assigned locations: enter and compile records, calculate amounts due, prepare and post invoices, support collections follow-up, perform clerical tasks, and cross-train within the department.

Process weekly employee time records and payroll entries, maintain confidential payroll files, handle garnishments and final checks, perform reconciliations, review new-hire info, assist with tax setup, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
