Build and maintain revenue-critical backend systems for subscriptions, renewals, credits, plan changes, payment events, and webhooks. Integrate payment processors, handling authorization, capture, refunds, retries, and edge cases. Develop primarily in TypeScript on Google Cloud Functions, with Go services, Temporal, and PostgreSQL. Write comprehensive automated tests, maintain event correctness, and occasionally support React surfaces. The role is fully remote for LATAM candidates working US business hours.

Own and optimize a high-volume Zendesk instance, including configuration, automation, integrations, reporting, workflows, and AI features. Build Explore dashboards, troubleshoot data flows, improve routing and self-service, onboard agents, document processes, and partner with CX leadership. Requires strong Zendesk administration experience, automation and integration expertise, data analysis skills, fluent English, and availability during US business hours.
