Lead daily restaurant operations, ensure food/beverage safety and service standards, manage staff hiring/training/scheduling, handle cash and deposits, track sales and costs, resolve guest issues, run manager meetings, oversee delivery/to-go orders, and obtain ServSafe and TIPS certifications within 90 days.

Coordinate timely delivery of dishes from kitchen to guests, ensure food quality, presentation, and temperature, liaise between kitchen and front-of-house, maintain kitchen cleanliness, support high-volume service, and assist with order accuracy and service flow.
