Provides in-office insurance sales and customer service, including issuing and updating policies, collecting payments, renewals, reinstatements, vehicle inspections, prospecting, marketing, administrative work, and underwriting coordination. The role requires bilingual Spanish and English communication, an active Arizona insurance license, weekend availability, reliable transportation for marketing, basic computer skills, and completion of continuing education.

Manage daily office operations, supervise and coach insurance agents, schedule staff, delegate tasks, monitor policy compliance, and communicate with upper management. Assist customers with insurance policies, payments, renewals, and reinstatements; inspect vehicles for insurability; prepare reports and sales strategies; and support marketing and banking activities. The role requires an active insurance license, sales experience, supervisory experience, customer service skills, and reliable transportation.

Supports HR compliance, leave administration, insurance licensing, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Manages multi-state leave cases, maintains confidential employee records, coordinates I-9/E-Verify compliance, audits payroll information, resolves discrepancies, and updates HRIS and payroll systems. Provides employee support, assists with communications and engagement initiatives, and contributes to HR projects. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
