Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure backend services and platform improvements. Build services in C# or TypeScript, work with SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL preferred), implement CI/CD and IaC, and apply security, testing, and performance best practices. Mentor junior engineers, drive architectural vision, collaborate across teams, and improve platform reliability and developer workflows.

The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of influencer marketing clients, ensuring campaign success and client satisfaction through strategic consulting and project management.

Lead identity and access management and secure-by-design engineering across Later's platform. Build and maintain authentication/authorization systems, embed security into CI/CD (SAST/DAST/SCA/container scanning/secret management), create internal security tooling, partner with engineering to find and remediate vulnerabilities, and support compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001) through automation and standards.
