Program, test, pack, and ship point-of-sale hardware per specifications. Review orders, verify client information, coordinate shipping, handle escalations with partners and support teams, and perform light lifting. Communicate updates and maintain accuracy in deployed equipment and documentation.

Underwrite merchant accounts by verifying and validating merchant data (KYC/KYB), assessing risk, recommending approvals, coordinating with partners and agents, responding to tickets, and collecting reporting data to support underwriting decisions.

Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, benefits and leave administration (FMLA/CFRA/PFL/ADA), HRIS management (Paylocity), compliance with federal and California employment laws, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, HR reporting, employee engagement, workers' compensation and safety coordination, policy and handbook maintenance, training coordination, and special HR projects.
