Leads a team responsible for Oracle BI administration, architecture, development, data warehousing, and global ERP reporting. Provides strategic direction, manages BI implementations and projects, gathers and validates requirements, improves reporting processes, evaluates Oracle technologies, and guides SQL and PL/SQL development. The role also supports stakeholder collaboration, training, presentations, cross-functional leadership, and up to 25% domestic and international travel.

Administer and maintain enterprise SharePoint farms: setup, backup/recovery, migration (2010→2013 using AvePoint DocAve), patching, performance tuning, restores, documentation, and occasional off-hours work to meet user needs.

Lead Oracle DBA responsible for architecture, installation, configuration, administration and support of Oracle Databases and EBS R12. Ensure high availability, performance tuning, implement Data Guard/RAC/ASM, collaborate with application and infrastructure teams, mentor junior DBAs, participate in projects, deployments, and documentation.
