Lead Oracle DBA responsible for architecture, installation, configuration, administration and support of Oracle Databases and EBS R12. Ensure high availability, performance tuning, implement Data Guard/RAC/ASM, collaborate with application and infrastructure teams, mentor junior DBAs, participate in projects, deployments, and documentation.

Administer and maintain enterprise SharePoint farms: setup, backup/recovery, migration (2010→2013 using AvePoint DocAve), patching, performance tuning, restores, documentation, and occasional off-hours work to meet user needs.

Manage client-facing deliverables, create territory marketing plans and execute local events/campaigns, conduct client and prospect research, support CRM reporting and MS Office deliverables, and draft/manage initial contract content and signatory processes.
