Manage daily workplace and facilities operations for a London office. Responsibilities include handling workplace requests, conducting inspections, coordinating contractors and preventative maintenance, managing access reports, supporting health and safety compliance, maintaining supplies and records, processing invoices and purchase orders, assisting onboarding and desk moves, providing reception cover, and supporting events and out-of-hours works. The role requires strong Excel and AI tool skills, facilities experience, contractor coordination, BMS knowledge, basic M&E troubleshooting, and excellent organization and communication.

Networking and career exploration event introducing students to market making and trading at Maven. Attendees will meet traders, learn about trading skills and career paths, and hear about 2027 trader internship and graduate programs. No prior work experience or finance knowledge is required. Attendance is limited to students based in the Chicago area.

Participate in a structured software development internship with two weeks of technical training followed by a seven-week project embedded in Maven engineering teams. Collaborate with developers and traders on real-world technology problems, learn C++, C#, Python, TypeScript, React, and emerging AI technologies, use in-house tools, and receive ongoing mentoring and feedback.
